Special Alloys (Alloy 625 / Alloy 825) Application

UNS N06625 (Alloy625) is extremely good corrosion resistance in widely varying acidic and chloride containing environments and high strength. They are excellent fabrication properties. UNS N06625 can be used in a wide range of temperatures from -196°C to 815°C (-321°F to 1500°F).

UNS N08825 (Alloy825) is very good resistant to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in chloride and sour environments and very good resistance to corrosion in acidic media such as sulfuric acid. It’s superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion than steels of the ASTM 316 type.

Special Alloys (Super Duplex / Duplex) Application

S31803 / S32205 (Duplex) is high resistance to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in chloride-bearing environments and environments containing hydrogen sulfide and high resistance to general corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion, etc. It’s high mechanical strength — roughly twice the proof strength of austenitic stainless steel.

S32750 (Super Duplex) is excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in chloride-bearing environments and excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion and very high mechanical strength. Its physical properties offer to design advantages. welded precise tubes supplier

Special Alloys (Alloy 904L / Alloy 6Mo) Application

UNS N08904 (904L) is very good resistance to attacks in acidic environments, e.g. sulfuric, phosphoric, and acetic acid, and very good resistance to pitting in neutral chloride-bearing solutions.

It has much better resistance to crevice corrosion than steels of the ASTM 304 and ASTM 316 types and very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

UNS S31254 (6Mo) is excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, PRE = ≥42.5* and high resistance to general corrosion. It’s high resistance to stress corrosion cracking and higher strength than conventional austenitic stainless steels.
